Nature Walk: Enjoy a 30-minute nature walk through the rainforest at Damajaguas National Park, a protected area located in Puerto Plata. Walk along Damajaguas River with your guide that will talk through the local flora of the area as you walk along the trail.
Damajaguas Waterfall: After the nature walk, arrive to the natural swimming pool with the last of the Damajaguas waterfalls. Swim in the pristine river pool, relax and indulge in the natural beauty of this national park.
Local Artisan Market: See how local artisan make art sculptures from wood and stone. Sip on local hot chocolate or coffee. Local souvenirs are for sale, all proceeds go help directly to the local communities. Purchases can be made in cash or credit card.

Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 4 years. Closed-toe shoes are required. For safety reasons, pregnant women, guests with knee, back or neck injuries, guests with a recent surgery (less than 6 months), guests with heart or respiratory conditions, and guests under any medication that carries a warning of any mental or physical impairment may not participate in this excursion.
What to Bring: Beach towel and closed-toe shoes or water shoes.
Good to Know: Helmet and life vest are provided and mandatory to wear. Water shoes and lockers are available for rent with your onboard Sail & Sign card or at tour location.
