The Aquarium Caves & Attractions shore excursion is a great way to see the very best of the island's sights and is bound to be a highlight of your cruise to Bermuda. Your tour bus will depart shipside for a picturesque drive through the Western end of the island of Bermuda. En route, we will pass over Somerset Drawbridge, said to be the smallest drawbridge in the world. Our first picture stop will be at the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse.
We will next drive by Bermuda’s famous pink sand beaches, and you can marvel at the impressive barrier reef that surrounds the island against blue azure waters. You will drive by the Bermuda Botanical Gardens, a 36-acre park hosting a large variety of plant life. You will also pass by "Camden," the official residence of the Premier of Bermuda.
Your next visit is the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo. Then it’s onto Bermuda Crystal Caves, one of the island’s most intriguing attractions. Walk down eighty-one steps, one hundred and twenty feet below the surface to the clear waters of the cave floor and view magnificent stalactite and stalagmite formations.
