  • The 4WD vehicle offers bench style seating (length ways); guests must be able to step up into the vehicle.
  • The transfer from the pier to the ferry is via a small minivan, not 4WD. 4WD will only operate on Stradbroke Island.
  • Please wear comfortable flat-soled shoes, clothing suited to the weather conditions, a hat and jacket, and plenty of biodegradable sunscreen.
  • Bring bottled water, swimwear and a beach towel.
  • Travel is on unsealed sections of road and sand, and it may be a bumpy ride.
  • For safety reasons, pregnant women and guests with neck/back problems, heart conditions or any other serious medical condition may not participate on this excursion.
