Accessibility: This tour is not accessible for guests using wheelchairs, canes, rollators, or other mobility devices.
Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age - 18 years. Maximum age - 80 years. Maximum weight - 250 lbs. (approximately 113 kg). For safety reasons, guests with cardiac conditions, pre-existing neck, back, or knee injuries, respiratory conditions, or those taking medications that warn against physical activity may not participate in this tour. Strollers and wheelchairs are not allowed. Guests must have full mobility and be proficient swimmers to participate in the snorkeling portion of the tour. All guests must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by a guide while snorkeling. Consuming alcohol before snorkeling and/or paddleboarding is strictly prohibited. Reef-safe, biodegradable sunscreen or tanning lotion must be used and applied at least 15 minutes before entering the water. Guests must be able to take a large step from the dock to board the vessel (no ramp available). The deck may be slippery due to sea spray. Smoking or vaping is not permitted on board or during the tour. The second level is accessible only by staircase; participants must be able to climb it. All participants must remove their shoes to board Blu’s Ocean Pool private area and the floating island.
What to Bring: A beach towel, reef-friendly and biodegradable sunscreen, change of clothes, UV protection clothing, and cash or credit/debit card for purchases.
Good to Know: Activities may be relocated or cancelled depending on weather conditions. The Margarita Bar is only available if the weather permits. Participation is limited to 25 guests for snorkeling; registration is required in advance, on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended not to bring jewelry on the tour. The water slide is only available when the ship is anchored, and weather conditions permit.
