Accessibility: This tour is ambulatory accessible; collapsible wheelchairs and scooters allowed in the taxi on the way to the location. Guests must take a few steps (up/down), walk short distances, and transfer to a seat. Not all pathways are fully wheelchair accessible. Guests who are blind/low vision or deaf/hard of hearing, can be accomodated.
Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum height – 48 inches. Minimum age to snorkel – 5 years. Minimum age for kayaking and paddle boarding – 10 years. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water. Minimum age to drink – 18 years. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is only allowed after all water-related activities. For safety reasons, pregnant women and guests with back/neck injuries are not permitted on this excursion. An adult must accompany every child. A Life vest is provided and mandatory to wear.
What to Bring: Bring a beach towel and cash or credit/debit card for purchases Jewelry, watches and cameras are not permitted during the dolphin program.
Good to Know: Children 5 and under are free. Complementary water activities, including kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel gear, are dependent on weather conditions and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations or limited availability of these activities.
