Accessibility: This tour is not accessible for guests using wheelchairs, canes, rollators, or other mobility devices. Companion recommended for deaf or blind guests. Sign language interpretation is not available for this experience. There are no accessible restrooms or facilities at the locations.
Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 6 years. Pregnant guests should consider the activity carefully due to ladder access and group swimming. For safety reasons, guests with recent surgeries, or heart or respiratory conditions are not recommended to participate. Guests should be in good physical condition and capable of swimming and walking for extended periods over uneven terrain, including stairs, sand, and natural environments. Life jackets are mandatory.
What to Bring: Water shoes, insect repellant, hat and sunglasses, swimwear, beach towel, and cash and/or credit card for additional purchases.
Good to Know: Changing rooms are available at the cenote. Lockers are available for rent at $5 USD. There is a considerable walking distance over uneven and rocky surfaces. There are no elevators or ramps.
