Art Painting Class: Arrive at the Botanical Garden with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Unleash your inner artist. Don’t worry this class is perfect for both the artistic and the not so artistic. This is fun for everyone! You will receive skilled step-by-step instruction to hand paint your own 8 x 10 canvas. Sign it and take your masterpiece with you so you can display it at home or give it to a loved one.
Grand Turk Museum: Walk with a guide to browse through Grand Turk’s eye-opening exhibits like colorful and majestic coral reefs, John Glenn space exhibition, recreation of a Caicos dwelling from the 1800s, the stunning original Fresnel lens off the lighthouse, and much more. Swing by the museum gift shop full of locally made souvenirs.
Craft Market: Walk down to the Craft Market to find food trucks and many local vendors with delicious local dishes, crafts and textiles.
Requirements & Restrictions: For safety reasons, guests with back problems, and guests with difficulties walking, or standing for extended periods of time and distances, may not participate in this excursion.
What to Bring: Bring cash for additional purchases, as some local vendors do not accept credit cards, bug repellent, wear comfortable walking shoes.
Good to Know: Great for groups. Disposable aprons are given, but wear clothing that you do not mind if paint gets on it.
