Each vehicle includes a digital guide with hours of directions and informative background of Juneau’s most treasured sites. Meander along the Gastineau Channel to explore the bright blue ice of Mendenhall Glacier, where you may want to stroll along the nearby trails that lead to Nugget Falls or abundant wildlife. Experience the rainforest as you drive along the coast to the Shrine of St. Therese. There, you will find a quaint cobblestone church nestled in the woods and whales are often seen bubble feeding off the coast. Each tour can be customized and typically includes two additional destinations, such as the quiet and secluded beaches of Eagle Beach or a drive along Douglas Island. At the conclusion of each tour, the guide will provide directions back to the starting point, which is across the street from the central cruise ship dock.
