Wat Po: Enjoy a scenic two-hour drive to Bangkok, where you’ll start at Wat Po, one of the city’s oldest and largest temples. Established in the 17th century, it features more than 1,000 Buddha images and the renowned Reclining Buddha. You’ll have time to shop for souvenirs in the temple gift shop before lunch.
Wat Suthat: Make your way to Wat Suthat to see its seven-meter-tall (25-foot-tall) Buddha and cloisters lined with 156 gilded Buddha statues.
Tuk Tuk Travels: Hop aboard a tuk tuk, a motorized rickshaw, for a drive past Radchanadda Temple—famous for the Loha Prasat (Metal Castle)—and Makahan Fort, one of only two surviving fortresses from medieval Bangkok.
Requirements & Restrictions: Please do not wear shorts, sleeveless shirt/blouse or ripped clothes while taking this tour. Shoes must be taken off before entering certain halls within the temple.
What to Bring: Please wear comfortable flat-soled shoes, clothing suited to the weather conditions, a hat, jacket, sunscreen, insect repellent, and bring bottled water and local currency for additional purchases.
