Details

Although “Cinque Terre” is Italian for “5 lands,” the name actually refers to 5 picturesque villages — Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore — that sit like little jewels along the Ligurian coastline and together make up a unique UNESCO World Heritage Site. Start your journey as you are brought to La Spezia by motor coach. Once there, you’ll hop on your exclusive and comfortable minibus, the only vehicle allowed in the small villages. First you will enjoy an exclusive visit to the fishing villages of Riomaggiore and Manarola, enjoying their characteristic landscapes and colors. Then, after a beautiful panoramic drive, you will visit Monterosso al Mare, the area’s oldest and most famous village. While there, you’ll sample a selection of local pesto bruschetta and wine, the crown culinary jewel of this region. You’ll then have some time to explore and shop on your own before being whisked back to port via train and motor coach.
