Sip & Swim: Escape to Tangalooma lagoon for a laid-back tour that includes a brief scenic cruise, expert commentary, and complimentary drinks and snacks.. Accessibility: This tour is accessible for guests with mobility difficulties who can be supported by a beach wheelchair, as well as to guests with limited or no vision, if accompanied. There is an approximate 50-meter walk on the sand to reach the boat, and you may get your feet wet up to your shins when boarding.
Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 6 years. Non-swimmers will be permitted on the tour but may not be allowed in the water. You will be required to sign a waiver prior to commencing the tour. A parent or guardian must be participating with any guests aged 15 years or younger. A parent or guardian must accompany all guests under the age of 18 at check-in. Children 12 years and under must wear a life jacket. The legal drinking age in Australia is 18 years. Guests under this age can participate in the tour, but alcoholic drinks are only served to those over 18. For safety reasons, pregnant women and those with epilepsy are required to obtain a medical note specifying they are medically cleared to participate in the parasailing Sip and Swim tour. Medical notes must be available at tour check-in and from within the last 6 months. Guests who suffer from Asthma are required to bring their inhaler along on tour.
