Accessibility: This tour is not accessible for guests using wheelchairs, canes, rollators, or other mobility devices. Not accessible for guests who are blind/low vision or deaf/hard of hearing.
Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 6 years. Maximum weight – 250 lbs. All participants must be capable of independently boarding and exiting the vessels, as well as navigating any ramps, ladders, or stairs necessary for taking part in animal programs. For safety reasons, this tour is not suitable for guests who are pregnant, limb amputees, or have epilepsy, or Tourette’s. Cameras, cell phones, and other electronic devices are not allowed during the dolphin program. For guest safety, individuals using oxygen delivery systems, including portable tanks and concentrators, are not permitted on this tour.

Good to Know: Transportation to the island is via a 35-minute, scenic boat ride. Guests booked on other Blue Lagoon tours may travel together on the same boat. Paddleboards, kayaks, clear bottom kayaks, water bikes and snorkel gear are available for rent. Facilities also include showers, lockers and changing rooms. Blue Lagoon Island is certified under the global American Humane Conservation program for the welfare and humane treatment of the animals under its care.
