Tour the historic and new small-batch brewery while learning how art, science, and passion come together to create award-winning beers. The brewery tour will begin in Moosehead’s new 20-barrel small-batch brewery. Guests will sample a variety of beers and will learn more about Moosehead’s long, rich history as they follow the beer making process from start to finish and sample freshly made beer straight from the bright beer tanks.
Guests will then go see our state-of-the-art bottle and can packaging lines and then tour our historic brewhouse to get a bird’s eye view of our 450-barrel copper and stainless-steel brewing vessels. Learn how Moosehead has survived over 150 years of obstacles including two brewery fires, the devastation of the Halifax Explosion, prohibition, and two World Wars, to become Canada’s oldest independent brewery. This tour includes beer samples and a souvenir!
