Flight and Transfer Times:
To purchase Carnival's transportation service, return flights must not be any earlier than 12:00 PM. Transportation service will be provided during the duration of the debarkation process. The service will start at 8:00 AM and run hourly from the port to the airport. If you have an early flight or a scheduled airport transfer, we encourage you to use the express debarkation option, otherwise, please visit Guest Services for assistance.
Transportation Instructions:
After debarking, a pier representative will direct guests to their motorcoach after they have cleared customs and exited the terminal.
For transportation from the cruise port to the airport, a hydraulic lift transfer is available for guests with mobility limitations. This service must be requested in advance, and there is no additional cost for the lift. If you require this service or a foldable wheelchair/scooter, please let us know no later than the day prior to debarkation by visiting Guest Services Desk or Shore Excursions Desk.
Transfer service will be provided by Metro Shore Services. Should guests have questions regarding the transfer service, the transfer provider can be reached at the following contact number on the day of sailing only: +1 415-961-8473.
Carnival is not responsible for providing transfers services to guests who schedule flights outside of the service times listed above or guests who provide incorrect flight information.
Conditions and Restrictions:
The vehicle operator is an independent contractor. Carnival assumes no liability for losses, damages, or injuries in connection with the use of the operator. Carnival reserves the right to discontinue transfer service at any time. Prices and acceptable flight times are subject to change without notice, unused services are non-refundable.
