Scenic Drive: Embark on a picturesque drive along the waterfront, by Clover point and over King George Terrace to arrive at the garden. After the garden visit, your city tour will continue and includes downtown, Inner Harbour, Empress Hotel and the Parliament building. There will be a brief stop for an opportunity to capture photos of the stunning panoramic view. Guests who wish to spend more time in downtown can disembark and make their own way back to the pier.

Abkhazi Garden: Stroll through the enchanting, world-famous Abkhazi Garden at your leisure. Created in 1946 by Prince and Princess Abkhazi, it is a heritage garden famous for its majestic trees and dramatic site.

The Teahouse at Abkhazi Garden: Delight in a three-tier royal high tea, including pastries, sweets, and sandwiches. Enjoy the experience in the original home of Prince and Princess Abkhazi.

Requirements & Restrictions: Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs onto the motorcoach as there is no lift. Guests must be able to walk over gravel and uneven terrain. Minimum age – 10 years.

What to Bring: Camera, walking shoes, and cash or credit/debit card for purchases.

Good to know: This is a gardener’s garden and is known for the plants more than the flowers. There is a donation made to the Land Conservatory from each tour ticket to help maintain the garden and help the volunteers. All food is produced on site and gluten free requests may be accommodated if advance notice is given. A small fee may apply. Should guest require this service, details must be coordinated through the Shore Excursions desk on board the ship. The teahouse is closed to the public when cruise guests are visiting and limited to a maximum of 36 guests at a time.
