Fishing: The calm seas of the island of Roatan is considered one of the best sport fishing spots in the Caribbean. Fish commonly caught in Roatan include wahoo, yellowfin tuna, mahi-mahi, blue/white marlin and sailfish. Put your angling skills to the test on a three-hour fishing charter. The captain and first mate will take you to Roatan’s best fishing locations. Enjoy a cold beer, sodas, and water on board the boat. Once you return to the beach resort, the crew will cook the fresh catch while you unwind on the private beach. Your captain and crew will do their best to get you hooked, but no guarantees can be made about the day’s catch. Fresh fish will be offered for lunch if there was no catch for the day.

Requirements & Restriction: Minimum age to consume alcohol – 18 years and must present a valid ID for drinking age verification. Guests must be physically fit and able to safely navigate uneven surfaces including sand. For safety reasons, pregnant women and guests with walking difficulties may not participate on this excursion. Children – 8 years and older must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Guests must complete a waiver to proceed with tour.
What to Bring: Beach towel, swimsuit, water shoes, sunscreen, bug repellent, ship card and credit/debit card for additional purchases.
Good to Know: The bus drive is approximately 30-40 minutes to the location. The unlimited all-inclusive package has a set menu for food and beverage. Fishing charter is 3 hours of duration. A catch for the day is not guaranteed. While visiting Roatan, you will be on the Bay Islands National Marine Park, the largest protected marine area in Honduras. Please do not litter, and do not touch, disturb or buy souvenirs made from marine life. Your support makes all the difference; help conserve this marine protected area.
