Shingle Hut: Take a 15-minute ride from the port of Montego Bay to the upscale community of Unity for your culinary jerk tour at Shingle Hut.
Learn Jerk: Guests will have the opportunity of learning and seeing the origins of the famous jerk seasoning that they will use for their chicken. They will also make and prepare their dough for the authentic Jamaican festival.
Eat & Shop: After preparing your scrumptious meal and enjoy eating jerk chicken and Jamaican specialties, you can browse the gift shop on property. Guests will depart for a 25-minute highlight of the town of Montego Bay on the return ride to the ship.
Good to Know: The site is on a steep hill, but the buses will drop off at the top of the hill. Cooking supervision is provided over the bar-be-que grills.
