Certified One Tank Dive at Escambron Marine Park

Explore the old city of San Juan underwater diving through a diverse bottom composition of sandy patches, grass beds, exciting cavern formations, over 200 artificial reef structures, and the historic "Fish Protection Wall" alongside with sunken statues and Roman columns.  Enjoy this one-tank dive to 30 feet with up to a full hour of bottom time to relax and delight with schools of vivid tropical fish and the occasional encounter of seahorses and turtles.  Note: Valid “C’ card is required Visibility typically ranges between 5 feet to 20 feet. A great abundance of marine life inhabit this beautiful urban reef.  Schools of yellowtail snappers, French grunts, damselfish, angelfish, and turtles are common here.
