Space Needle: Your first stop will be the world-famous Space Needle, where an elevator will shoot you up to the Observation for a bird’s eye view of the city! This is your chance for an unforgettable view of the Emerald City and its surrounding mountains and bodies of water.
Pike Place Market: Next, enjoy the Pike Place Market, the oldest open-air farmers market on the West Coast. Enjoy time on your own to explore the multitude of culinary offerings and the wide variety of arts and crafts. Street performers will engage your senses throughout the Market! This is a great place for shopping and to grab lunch.
Ballard Locks: Your tour then continues through the oldest and most colorful neighborhoods in Seattle, including Freemont, locally known as the “Center of the Universe.” From Freemont, you will stop at the Ballard Locks. A peaceful stroll through the Botanical Garden will bring you to the Army Corps of Engineers locks connecting Elliott Bay to the lakes residing throughout Greater Seattle and a chance to observe vessels making their way from lake to sea through the locks.
