Transportation from LHR Airport to Port

You focus on vacation; we’ll keep our eyes on the road. Take advantage of our transportation from London Heathrow International Airport to the Port of Southampton on the day of embarkation. Guests may purchase transfers up to 2 two days prior to their sail date.

Flight and Transfer Times:
To purchase Carnival's transportation service, your flight must arrive before 12:00 PM. Please allow 1.5 hours travel time from London Heathrow. The estimated time to exit Customs at LHR Airport is approximately 1.5 hours.

Transfer service will be provided between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Transfers are scheduled to run every 45 - 60 minutes.

Transportation Instructions:
After collecting luggage, guests should walk through customs and into the arrivals area. A representative will be located at the arrivals halls (T1, T2, T3 and T5) and will escort guests to the next available pier transportation.

Transfer service will be provided by Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services. Should guests have questions regarding the transfer service, the transfer provider can be reached at the following contact numbers on the day of sailing only:

Driving time from London Heathrow to the Port of Southampton is approximately 1.5 hours based on traffic conditions.

Guests who purchase their own airfare tickets are required to provide flight information via Online Check-In when purchasing transfers. Changes to flight details are the responsibility of the guest and must be entered into Online Check-In no later than two days prior to their cruise.

Carnival is not responsible to for providing transfers for guests who schedule flights outside of the service times listed above or providing incorrect flight information.

Conditions and Restrictions:
The vehicle operator is an independent contractor. Carnival assumes no liability for losses, damages, or injuries in connection with the use of the operator. Carnival reserves the right to discontinue transfer service at any time. Prices and acceptable flight times are subject to change without notice, unused services are non-refundable.
