Essence of Valencia

This tour will give you a great impression of the city of Valencia, the third largest city in Spain after Madrid and Barcelona. The city was originally founded by the Romans and later occupied by the Moors. We will start the tour by passing through Mestalla stadium (Valencia’s football stadium). After seeing the stadium, we will pass by Bioparc, which has a large collection of African fauna. On your way back to the port, you will go through the city center. Admire one of the twelve gates that formed part of the ancient city wall, Serrano Towers. Pass by Valencia’s bullring. It was built between 1850 and 1859 in the neoclassical style, inspired by civil Roman architecture such as the Colosseum. We will see the Colon Market which is a clear example of Valencian Art Nouveau architecture of the early century. It was declared a national monument. Fallero Museum will be seen on your way towards City of Arts and Sciences Complex, designed by Santiago Calatrava. It is an entertainment-based cultural and architectural complex. You will take some beautiful photos from the bus and during the panoramic drives, you will get to know many of the famous and well-known spots of the city of Valencia.
