Glacier Flightseeing: Experience the thrill of a lifetime as you soar over stunning glaciers and snow fields, before landing at the Dog Camp on the Denver Glacier! Your adventure begins with a short drive to the heliport, where you'll be greeted by the friendly staff and provided with a safety video to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time. After, you’ll be outfitted with glacier over boots and ready to start your adventure. You’ll take off into the skies and have a bird's-eye view of some of the most stunning natural scenery in the world, including towering mountains, pristine lakes, and deep valleys.

Dog Sledding: Next, you’ll land at the Dog Camp on the Denver Glacier. Here you’ll become acquainted with the world of mushing and dog sledding. You have the option to either stand on the sled and help mush or relax in the sled and enjoy the scenery. A truly authentic Alaskan adventure, this outing allows you to meet professional mushers and their friendly dogs that have made the Iditarod Dog Race famous.

Requirements & Restrictions: Guests are required to enter the aircraft with little to no assistance. For safety reasons, guests must be able to walk a minimum of approximately 200 ft. and navigate two 18-inch steps into the aircraft on their own. Due to weight and balance limitations, guests weighing 250 pounds (113kg) or more, fully clothed, will be charged a second-seat surcharge of $150 to reserve adequate space on board the helicopter. Flights are restricted to one second-seat surcharge per departure time. Groups traveling together may be assigned on separate helicopters due to weight balancing. Federal Aviation Administration regulations require that all children 24 months and older on any aircraft must occupy their own seat which must be paid for. All children under 24 months of age are considered a lap child and fly free of charge. Due to security reasons, no bag of any kind, canes, crutches, extendable devices such as umbrellas or action camera sticks, water bottles, tablets are allowed on the helicopter. There are lockers at base to store anything that can't be taken on the aircraft. A parental consent form is required for all passengers ages 12 to 17 who will be participating, on any tour, unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to fly without a parent or legal guardian. A liability waiver is required to be signed in the presence of the tour operator.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable shoes and dress in warm layers. Hat, gloves, sunglasses, waterproof outer layer and cameras are recommended.

Good to Know: This is a weather dependent tour up to the sole discretion of the tour operator. Total tour time is approximately 2 hours. Seating in the helicopter is determined by weight and balance and is at the sole discretion of the tour operator. Photos are available for purchase of your Dog Sled experience. Helicopter time is approximately 30 minutes. Tour order may vary.
